A Personal Message from Coach Morgan :I 'm sorry that you are going throught this difficult time in your life, like you I have personal experience with divorce, and I do understand the mindset and emotional rollercoaster that women face when going through a divorce. It was the ending of my 17- year marriage that led me to refocus my life coaching business from solely working with women on personal development, co-dependency, self - confidence and emotional wellness to further my training and focus my practice on supporting women that are emerging from the heartache of divorce.
Divorce can be devastating, and bring on a pain that is unbearable. Depending on the circumstances of the divorce the woman can be left feeling rejected, unworthy, all alone, and lost. I find that many women have lost a sense of who they are without their partner. Most tend to feel lost and stuck lacking clarity on what they want this new chapter of their life to look like , and how to make it happen.

What Is "EFT" aka Emotional Freedom Technique
Emotional Freedom Technique, aka EFT, is a form of Acupuncture "without the needles". It is also referred to as "Tapping". It is a non-invasive, and painless technique performed by gently tapping on specific acupoints throughout the upper body with the fingertips to release trapped emotional energy, negative feelings and triggers that can keep you stuck and unable to move forward peacefully in your life. Release of this emotionally charged energy, and letting go of painful emotions and bothersome memories can be difficult to do on your own.
"Tapping" promotes a release of built-up emotional distress while calming the fight or fight response, and restoring the mind and body to balance, putting you on the path to a healthier life of emotional and physical wellness and a healthier way of responding to stressors and triggers as they occur in life.
EFT is an alternative holistic approach that is not intended to take the place of traditional medical or psychological treatment if needed, however it can be safely used alone, or in conjunction with traditional treatments very successfully.

What Does a Stress Management Consultant Do?
(SMC- C) is a trained professional that can help the client identify areas in daily life that are triggers for increased or prolonged levels of stress. The trained SMC-C provides guidance to the client on relaxation techniques such as mindfulness meditation, guided imagery, breathwork and other healthy ways of living a calmer and more harmonious lifestyle.
The SMC-C also educates the client about the adverse effects that prolonged unhealthy stress has on the body and the correlation with illness, dis-ease and disease.
