My Vision: I am committed to coaching women aged 30 and over that are ready to shape a realistic vision for their life that is aligned with being the healthiest, happiest, and most authentic version of themselves that they can be.
My Mission: to impact the lives of women around the world in a way that is positive meaningful, and life changing with a lasting desired outcome that meets and exceed her expectations.
My Journey: I have personal experience and understanding of the mindset and challenges that women face while being and doing it all for everybody and losing touch with herself in the midst of it. I woke up one day feeling stuck, lost, unhappy in my personal life and career, I was overwhelmed, unfulfilled and stressed out and burnt out. My 25 + years in nursing catered to the false belief that I had to take care of everyone else's needs, and I developed a lifestyle and pattern of putting myself, my dreams, and desires on the back burner.
I was that woman until I underwent coaching and did the work to realign my own mindset to realize I was important too and that I needed to take better care of myself , no longer suppressing my needs and desires for my life, boy was it worth it, I was worth it.
That journey has led me to my own awakening of purpose, emotional well-being, and improved physical and mental health. It also led me along my path of training and certifications in Holistic Wellness modalities starting in 2014 and eventually into a Coaching career that has since allowed me to be able to help countless other women find their voice, their purpose and self-worth.

What Does a Life Coach Do?
A Life Coach is a trained wellness professional that provides safe, non-judgmental space for the client that is ready to bring to life their dreams and desires. Coaching helps the client take the personal growth steps toward experiencing living in clarity, and intentional focus on what they want and what they don't want for their life.
Coaching brings about life changing transformation leading to a more balanced and centered life allowing for freedom and peace of mind.
Through coaching the client will uncover, and possibly for the first time discover what the obstacles are that have been holding them back from already having the life they truly want.
Life Coaching is appropriate for any woman from any walk of life desiring to live life with more authenticity, and a new sense of empowerment to be true to the woman that the divine truly meant for you to be.
What Is "EFT" aka Emotional Freedom Technique
Emotional Freedom Technique, aka EFT, is a form of Acupuncture "without the needles". It is also referred to as "Tapping". It is a non-invasive, quick and painless technique performed by gently tapping on specific acupoints throughout the upper body with the fingertips to unlock the trapped emotions, negative feelings, thoughts and energy that you have been unable to release and let go of after experiencing an emotionally traumatic or painful event that you may have experienced in the past, or are currently experiencing in your life.
Working with a skilled Certified EFT Practitioner can help you get to the root cause of the issue that is troubling to you and creating that negative emotional response that you may be experiencing such as sadness, stress, fear, anxiety, anger and or the physical pain and distress as common as headache's, back ache's, joint pain., neck shoulder pain and more.
"Tapping" promotes a release of the negative energy and related physical effects putting you on the path to a healthier life of emotional and physical wellness with a more peaceful well-balanced mind, body connection with a higher vibrational flow of positive energy.
EFT is an alternative holistic approach that is not intended to take the place of traditional medical or psychological treatment if needed, however it can be safely used alone, or in conjunction with traditional treatments very successfully.

What Does a Stress Management Consultant Do?
(SMC- C) is a trained professional that can help the client identify areas in daily life that are triggers for increased or prolonged levels of stress. The trained SMC-C provides guidance to the client on relaxation techniques such as mindfulness meditation, guided imagery, breathwork and other healthy ways of living a calmer and more harmonious lifestyle.
The SMC-C also educates the client about the adverse effects that prolonged unhealthy stress has on the body and the correlation with illness, dis-ease and disease.
