I will guide you through a soothing relaxation session using meditation, guided imagery, soothing relaxing breathing exercises and positive energy EFT "tapping"
This session will allow you to experience for yourself the calming effects that these holistic modalities can have on the mind and body. Once done you will feel relaxed and able to go about your day in a more peaceful state of mind feeling less stressed and more focused, with free-flowing positive energy.
Sessions are private held over Zoom or Facetime, you are welcome to invite a guest, friends or family that you may wish to experience peace and relaxation with you.
